Assisting the Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration in their missions to build the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world for our 'special interests'...the millions of passengers who travel by commercial air and those dedicated safety professionals who serve them daily, aircrew members, federal air marshals, and FAA employees...and not the special interests of Wall Street banks, the Air Transport Association, and the Regional Airlines Association.
Mission Statement
We serve as a cross-industry common website for airline employees and retirees from all airlines and other government agencies who have blown the whistle on alleged wrongdoing within the airline industry, which has been reported to appropriate legal authority, but has been suppressed or ignored by airline management, unions, and/or the DOT/FAA/DHS and other government agencies.
The purpose of this site is not intended to circumvent or abrogate relevant aviation safety and security communicative processes available to employees within each airline and the DOT/FAA/DHS, but to augment their efforts in full support of the FAA mission statement:
Our continuing mission is to build the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world.
It has become increasingly apparent that there have been many would-be airline whistleblowers over many years, but in particular the past eight years, that have been stifled in all segments of the commercial aviation arena, as well as within the Federal Aviation Administration and Transportation Security Administration. It is now incumbent upon each of us to speak out loudly in support of President Obama's campaign promise of a greater openness of government.
Airline passenger safety is dependent upon each member of the airline community engaging to provide the greatest level of safety in all aspects of air operations. To do otherwise is a disservice to the traveling public. If you observe an unsafe practice or condition in your workplace, it is your duty as an aviation safety professional to report it via appropriate communicative channels within your airline, union, and to the FAA/DHS. Each passenger expects this of you.
